Obstetrics and Gynecology sometimes involve procedure and surgical delays, as well as deliveries. Please know that we respect your busy schedule and will do everything possible to alert you ahead of time should we be aware of any delay.
PATIENT Medical Emergencies:
- If you have an urgent medical problem during office hours. Please call the office at 402-379-9999.
- After hours, we have an answering service that can contact the doctor for urgent matters. Please call 402-379-9999. We will not page the physicians for prescription refills but ask as a courtesy that you contact our office during regular business hours, Mon-Thur 8-5 p.m. and Fri 8-4 p.m., for those refills, or have your pharmacy fax or electronically request a refill.
Cancellations:
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your visit. If you cannot keep your appointment or will be late, please call the office immediately. Cancellations must have a 24-hour notice, or missed appointments may be subject to fees.
Snow (Inclement Weather):
Please call to verify the status of the office hours on days when the weather seems like it will be a problem.
If the office is CLOSED, you can check the local radio stations for closing information.
In weather-related closures, we ask that you check the radio stations' updated information, as we may be forced to close early for the safety of patients and our office staff.
