EMERGENCIES:

Obstetrics and Gynecology often involves emergency procedures, surgical delays, and deliveries. We ask for your understanding.  Please know we respect your busy schedule and will do everything possible to alert you ahead of time should an emergency arise. 

 

PATIENT Medical Emergencies: If you have

• life threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

• If you have an urgent medical problem during office hours. please call the office at 402-379-9999

• After hours we have an answering service who can page the doctor for urgent matters.  Please call 402-379-9999.  We will not page the physicians for prescriptions refills but ask as a courtesy that you contact our office during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 8-5 pm for those refills or have your pharmacy fax a request to 402-379-8888. 

 

Cancellations:

We as that you arrive 15 minutes early for your visit. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible. Cancellations without 24 hours notice or missed appointments may be subject to fees. 

 

Snow (Inclement Weather):

Please call to verify the status of the office on those days when the weather seems like it is going to be a problem.

• If the office is CLOSED you can check the local radio stations or our website for closure information or delayed opening hours. 

 

Please CHECK BACK FREQUENTLY AS SOMETIMES WE ARE FORCED TO MAKE A LAST MINUTE DECISION IF THE STAFF IS UNABLE TO GET TO THE OFFICE.
